FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - UTILITY
Provides emergency financial assistance to restore or avert utility disconnection. State and county fuel programs should be used first. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Normally assists only once in a six month period. Will contribute small amounts (build packages) to assist other groups in meeting the needs of their clients.
